I had high hopes, and they were fulfilled! I caught 15 mice in the first week and an additional 8 more the following week. I simply put a little peanut butter on the stairs and on the lid and have seen a huge difference in my mouse population. I highly recommend this device! Update: 17 more mice caught in the past 6 weeks!

This is that better mouse trap that people were trying to build for years. I got 3 the 1st night. So chipmunks have also been caught. Peanut butter on the inside lid worked ok but the black seeds from bird seed is what they really want. I use a Lowe s bucket. The little ramp is just alittle too short but I just made due.

Works like a charm. This is the GENUINE, AMERICAN MADE trap from Rinne. Don’t buy the counterfeit Chinese ripoffs. Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for allowing those fake Chinese listings. We caught 12 mice and a good size rat within a week of setting the trap. Easy to use, no poisons and the dead rodents help feed other wildlife. Highly recommended.

I tried a couple DIY’s while this was on the way. This is the one! It worked overnight. I set up everything and put it on the bucket I was using. It’s snapped on nicely! Caught four, I had no idea they would be so cute, but they are headed to the duck pond for their new home. Will set up again to see if there are anymore. Great product!

The contraption really works. I turned the mice loose away from my garage.

First night using it at my chicken barn and I caught ten! I just poured some chicken feed in it for bait. Easy Peasy! I released them in the woods about twelve miles away. I’m very happy with the product!

After trying all sorts of devices, both purchased and DIY, I FINALLY found this! What a great invention...makes it simple, clean and cheap to capture mice before they make their way into the house!

Caught 3 chipmunks in 3 days. Sprinkle some sunflower seeds around it and then a few at the end of the trap door. Make sure you have the real lid for the bucket so you can drive them for relocation.

I love this trap! We set it up in our chicken coop, used peanut butter & chicken scratch for the bait, and caught the culprit on the very first night! Happy with my purchase & totally worth the price. Was easy to put together & had no problems with the peanut butter sticking.

I live in a very rural area and we’ve had a really bad year for chipmunks and mice. I’ve tried several peppermint oils and sprays , mothball, predator urine, humane trap and electric trap and none of these things have worked. I set this bucket trap for the 1st time last night and humanely caught 2 chipmunks and 4 mice on the outside of my shed. I was shocked! They live under the shed and get into my camper at night. Glue the walking plank if it doesn’t snap together properly. Put peanut butter on the walkway leading up to the trap and in the trap. All of the rodents were alive even though that one chipmunk looks dead… he was just chilling. I dropped them in the woods 2 miles up the road. They’re disgusting but cute- I couldn’t kill them.

Works like a charm!!!! My husband and I don’t kill animals, insects. We love all creatures (hornets and wasps test us) Anyway, we live in the country, surrounded by our fields of corn/soybeans….so we normally get mice. This time they wanted to hang in the garage, and get into our trash. New trash cans have been bought, plus this humane trap!

Success!! Used peanut butter on upper portion of pointy end as directed. Had a mouse by the morning so worked on first use. I placed the bucket within 10 ft of where I knew the mouse was staying. I padded the bottom in order to not hurt it when it fell in. I realeased it 2 miles away in an open space.
